Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage is designed for highly athletic individuals. Engaging in sports can be harsh on the body causing higher risk for injury. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of deep tissue work, open communication during the session is a key point in working with your muscles to unwind of holding patterns.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy focuses on stimulating and releasing tender areas of tension that occur in the belly of the muscle. These "knots" are created due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. Focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques to relax trigger points. Intense sensations are often experiences with this process, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body.
Thai Massage
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. Using my hands, knees, legs, and feet you will be moved into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. These sessions are done on a padded floor, wearing yoga attire and are oil free. Thai massage sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes.

About Me

As a fitness instructor and circus performer, movement means everything to me.
The desire to spark life and healing through kinetic expression has always been a part of my world. As a teenager dance became my church and I committed myself to training in a variety of styles, allowing my whole self to thrive. I began my career as a yoga instructor in 2012 providing a powerful expansion of my awareness of the mind body connection and facilitating my drive to share this empowerment with those around me. Soon after I began exploring aerial and acrobatic arts. The circus art world has been my greatest inspiration, though the toll these skills take on the body are immense. Even with a regular yoga practice it was insurmountable to relieve the aches and pains that came with my passion to fly.
Growing up, my mother was a holistic practitioner and a massage therapist. Though I appreciated the work she did, I didn't fully grasp the profound impact bodywork provides for healing until I truly needed help getting my body back into balance. Not long after experiencing the relief that manual therapy can offer, I devoted my time to developing an education in bodywork for myself. During my schooling the majority of my chronic muscular pains and limitations disappeared entirely. I became a certified Massage Therapist (CMT) in 2018 with a focus on Medical Massage (including trigger point, deep tissue and myofascial release), Thai Massage and am studying Ortho-Bionamy. My fascination with the vast world of osteopathy is ever growing along with my training and education.
